Zawadi comes from two coffee factories: Kamandi and Ndia-ini. Here coffee cherries are washed processed using river water, fermented, dried and finally sorted by density. These washed processed beans are thought to have greater amounts of amino acids and an increased cup clarity.
This traditionally washed process coffee has hints of raisin and dark chocolate with a light body.
