Malaysia Monsoon Malabar
Process: Unique 12-16 week “monsooning” process
These are AA graded coffee beans that are left enlarged and yellowed after an extensive process carried out in huts open to the Indian monsoon weather for up to 16 weeks.
Tasting notes: The very unique Monsoon Malabar makes a great fuller flavour coffee. With very low acidity you can expect a lot of spices and liquorice mixed among the heavy smoky body. If enjoyed with milk the coffee cuts though brilliantly.
