This group learn how to maintain their land from their elders who teach the importance of intercropping to preserve biodiversity and maintain the lands energy and nutrients.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach farmer uses a hand-cranked de-pulper to remove the seed from the coffee cherry before washing and drying the seeds on patios for 15 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecause this lot of fed into from 20 different producers the selection of coffee tree varieties it consists of is large.
