Santa Maria is an estate owned by Victor Robelo and one of seven estates that makes up the Las Nubes producer group. The estate is managed by Jimmy Mierisch and produces many lots of high quality caturra. Both the wet (for washing and pulping) and dry mills that Santa Marias coffee passes through are owned by the Las Nubes group, therefore much greater control over the processing can be implicated ensuring fantastic cup quality.
From this naturally processed coffee you can expect lots of sweet full-bodied blueberry notes upfront with hints of cherry and milk chocolate and a bold sweet finish.
