How will my coffee be delivered?
Your coffee will be delivered via Royal Mail in a package designed to fit through most letterboxes.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
No! Delivery is free of charge.
How often will my coffee be delivered?
You have the option of having your coffee delivered every week, every two weeks or once a month.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the time of order and then on a regular basis depending on the frequency chosen e.g. If you placed an order on 01/01/2020 and selected weekly your second payment would be taken on 08/01/2020.
How long will my subscription last for?
Your subscription will continue until you decide to cancel. Pre-paid gift subscriptions will last the predefined length specified.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by contacting us on email@example.com. Please note this must be done at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
