Shipping policy
Your coffees are all packed fresh to order, as such we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours (not including weekends or bank holidays). Please note orders made after 8.30am will be processed and dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your coffee is dispatched.
There may be delays with certain speciality coffees and equipment, if this is the case then we will notify you of any issues.
- We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
- Free shipping applies on any UK orders £40 and over.
- Delivery will be made by the Royal Mail delivery service, charged by total parcel weight (product + packaging).
- Any orders over 2kg will be sent via Courier.
- All Equipment will be sent via Courier.
